Coffee Brewer

The automatic drip coffee makers are affordable and simple to use. Quality of the brew depends on the ratio of coffee to water. The standard ratio is 10g of ground coffee for every 180ml of water.

Step 1
Grind Coffee Beans
Grind 10g of coffee beans to a medium grind size, similar to regular sand, not too fine. If the filter is cone-shaped, grind beans on the medium-fine grind setting. Use a high-quality burr or flat grinder. Do not use a blade grinder (looks like a blender). Only grind coffee beans before brewing to retain most of their flavor and aroma.
