Hydro Jet™ is a breakthrough technology in the coffee roasting industry. With the embedded control system, the roaster provides exact time and temperature management. Its steam pressure system allows heat to distribute uniformly across every coffee bean.
AUTONOMOUS
A self-learning computer executes the roasting automatically based on pre-defined roast profiles without needing a skilled coffee roaster. During the roasting process, it is unnecessary to sample or visually check the coffee beans periodically.
ECO-FRIENDLY
For every coffee batch, the closed loop smoke-free roasting process and the heat recovery system help save energy, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and emit no environmental pollutants.
EXTREMELY PRECISE
The accuracy of up to 0.5°F for each coffee bean ensures that the roasting of every batch is within the 8 to 12-minute duration as per SCA standards, with a roast color margin of error of ±5 Agtron.

COFFEE BEANS WITH A SCREEN SIZE OF 18/64 IN
Not all coffee beans are the same. In the same batch, larger coffee beans are riper and taste better. We use in-season Grade 1 (18/64” screen size) coffee beans of the highest quality, sourced directly from suppliers who hold certificates in environmental protection and fair-trading.
HIGH QUALITY 5-PLY ALUMINUM FOIL PACKAGING
Producing excellent roasted coffee is a scientific and artistic process requiring accuracy and sophistication. The same goes for packaging, which we hold to an incredibly high standard. Coffee bags from 1864 CAFÉ® are food safe, with five layers of protection providing effective barriers against light and moisture. Each bag also comes with a one-way degassing valve to prevent oxidation and a zip closure for convenient use.
